Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted, prepared, and packaged within 3 to 5 working days
- Working days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following working day.
2. Shipping Timeframes
After the processing period, delivery times vary by location:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 days after shipment
- Alexandria & Major Cities: 2–4 days after shipment
- Other Governorates: 3–7 days after shipment
3. Shipping Fees
We offer a fixed-rate shipping fee:
- No additional hidden fees.
- The fee will appear clearly at checkout or will be communicated if you’re ordering via Instagram.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via email or your preferred communication channel with tracking details (if available from the courier).
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you:
- They will attempt delivery more than once.
- If the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping will require an additional 75 LE fee.
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
Valore is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing:
- Contact us immediately at contact@valore.com or Instagram @madebyvalore
- Include your order details and photos (if applicable)
We will assist you promptly.
