Returns and Exchange Policy

At Valore, we want you to love your handcrafted leather products. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your order, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be in their original condition:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
2. Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges
Customer-Paid Shipping
Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer.
Exception:
If the return or exchange is due to an error from our side—such as:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged product
- Manufacturing issue
Then Valore will cover all shipping fees.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Products that show usage, wear, or damage not caused by us
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- Whether you want a return or an exchange
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Refunds
If the return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or via the method we agree on).
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue is from our side.
6. Exchanges
Once your returned item is received and approved, we will send the replacement product.
Shipping fees apply unless the issue was caused by Valore.
